FAQ
Lately we have been getting a lot of questions from clients who have attended "KANGEN Seminar's" and our tech department would like to help clear the confusion.
QUESTION: The next thing Enagic people want to boast about is the size of their plates and that they have 7 plates. ANSWER: We will let you know that because of the bigger plates, the Kangen will put out a good stream of water for an extended period of time. But that is really only useful to people who are using the machine for a commercial purpose and require more than 10 to 15 gallons of water every 15 minutes. Do you know of anyone who has this need? Now with the new LIFE 7500 we have seven plates and the new machine will run for more than an hour straight – for safety we do have it set to turn off every 16 minutes ( to prevent flooding accidents ) but they can just hit the ”on“ button again and it will continue running. What people want is a quality machine that filters and purifies their water and provides the highest pH and ORP. We are the #1 company for all three areas and will continue to be innovative in our designs and our products. QUESTION: How is the platinum applied to the plates? Sprayed on or dipped? And, what is the benefit of your methodology? ANSWER: Enagic states that dipped provides a thicker more long lasting platinum plating. LIFE plates are coated ( dipped ) and come from the highest quality company in Japan. QUESTION: Can the titanium plates be removed from the chamber to be serviced? ANSWER: Our systems self-cleans automatically and you can do a manual cleaning cycle, so removing them for service would not be necessary. QUESTION: Your literature indicates that in tests, your system generates a PH of over 11 and an ORP of approximately -800. How many liters per minute are processed when producing the PH and ORP at this level? ANSWER: When I get a chance I will measure it but a very small percentage of people consume water at 11 pH so the flow value is a moot question. QUESTION: Your literature tests indicate that the Life 5000 creates strong acidic (2.5 ph) and strong alkaline (10.5 ph+) water. Does it accomplish this with an Electrolysis enhancer tank? If not, how does it accomplish these extreme levels? ANSWER: Again, these questions are for the LIFE 5000 and it generates these levels because it is a great ionizer. QUESTION: Does the Life 5000 have an Electrolysis Enhancer tank or is there a better way to produce strong acidic or strong alkaline water? ANSWER: We do not include an ”Electrolysis Enhancer Tank“ which adds a saline solution (salt) because creating this mixture and transporting it away from the vicinity of the machine is a Federal Crime as it is a toxic substance according to the EPA. Additionally we do not want to mix the mixture, Hypochlorus Acid, with someone’s drinking water – NOT SAFE! We do distribute an ionizer called a LIFE 3000 Batch Unit that is designed to be used by Doctors and this unit does allow the mixture of sodium (salt) with the water to create Hypochlorus Acid for use in sterilization of medical equipment. We Will supply one of these units for only $699 (list $1495) with the purchase of any LIFE Ionizer. QUESTION: How does the Life 5000 clean itself? In addition to a cleaning cycle, is there a cleaning cartridge? ANSWER: The LIFE has a automatic cleaning cycle and you can also do a manual clean on the unit.
